Class 3KW performed their class assembly to parents. The theme was the Romans
The children have been learning about the Romans and why and when they invaded Britain.
They learned about what Britain was like at the time and some of the important Celtic tribes and their leaders and they learned about the Roman army and why they were able to defeat the Celtic warriors.
They visited Priory House in Warwick for a day of Roman activities and they have learned about some of the most important changes that the Romans brought to Britain, like baths, roads, a sewage system and central heating.
