Like everyone, we have been horrified and frequently moved as we have observed the suffering of our European neighbours. On occasion with sensitivity and care we have talked to the children about the conflict. As part of the education on Friday 25th March we would like to try and raise some money for the Red Cross. They are supporting refugees, the injured and homeless. There are clearly are no words to sum up their suffering, but we hope that as a large school we can raise some serious money to help them. We would like the children to come in either blue, yellow or a mixture of both in support of the Ukrainian people. For the privilege of dressing up we would like each child to donate at least £1 or more if you choose. Please help us, so we can help them in these most challenging times.
